5 Dribbling Drills

These drills improve hand/eye coordination as well as muscle memory by repitition and will greatly improve your comfort level dribbling the ball under pressure. Focus on looking forward not at your hand while dribbling the ball. Also, work on doind the same drill with both hands. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you will be more comfortable handling the ball with your off-hand.
