Four RBI Day for Jon Luke Harper Seals the Deal in Excelsior Classical Academy’s Victory Over Vance Charter Knights

Jon Luke Harper was an RBI machine on Wednesday, driving in four on three hits to lead Excelsior Classical Academy past Vance Charter Knights 12-6 on Wednesday. Harper drove in runs on a double in the first and a home run in the fourth.

Both offenses were strong at the plate as Excelsior Classical Academy collected 15 hits and Vance Charter 6 in the high-scoring affair

Excelsior Classical Academy fired up the offense in the first inning, when Harper doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs.

Vance Charter scored three runs in the third inning.  Journigan, Wilson, and Washington each had RBIs in the big inning.

Griffin Kovalesky led things off on the hill for Excelsior Classical Academy. The pitcher allowed three hits and three runs over three innings, striking out three.

Tucker led things off on the mound for Vance Charter. The pitcher lasted one inning, allowing four hits and five runs while striking out one.  Satterwhite threw five innings out of the bullpen.

Excelsior Classical Academy socked one home run on the day. Harper went deep in the fourth inning.

Excelsior Classical Academy saw the ball well today, racking up 15 hits in the game. Harper, Jaden McIver, Kovalesky, Sammy White, Patrick Browning, and Cannon Close all had multiple hits for Excelsior Classical Academy. McIver and Harper each managed three hits to lead Excelsior Classical Academy.

Vance Charter racked up six hits.  Wilson and Washington all managed multiple hits.  Vance Charter tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Washington led the way with three.
